3. No Affiliation or Liability

When entering into a contract with Defia LLC, clients acknowledge that Defia LLC is an independent contractor. We are not affiliated with, part of, or legally connected to our clients' companies. We bear no responsibility or liability for the decisions, actions, or operations of our clients' companies.

4. Decentralization and Anonymity

We understand the unique nature of DeFi and web3, including the decentralized and sometimes anonymous nature of its operations. In instances where our clients are required to sign documents anonymously, it is understood that these documents are still legally binding and representative of the company, signed under the company's name in relation to the contract with Defia LLC.
